Don't Break Faith With God

Too often believers break faith with God and they do not even realize it. Unfortunately, there exists a multitude of ways God’s people can break faith with God and it’s important that they break out of their ignorance so they can repent and avoid repeating the same mistakes.

Points covered in the message below include:

1). Debunking the doctrine of race/ethnicity over faith in the Lord (preliminary point)

2). Israel grumbled and complained about lacking water; focusing on what they didn’t have versus what God had already provided

3). Moses and Aaron allowed Israel’s constant complaining and grumbling to frustrate them, which influenced their response in breaking faith with God

4). Moses and Aaron did not honor the provision provided to Israel that was a representation of how God was going to provide His people salvation through Christ.

5). They didn’t honor the Lord as holy. They were in their flesh and responded according to their flesh and lost sight of God’s holiness in the presence of the Israelites.

6). A believer can block their own blessings by breaking faith with God.

7). Discussed why the text is important to the body of Christ today.

It’s important that we honor our faith and relationship with God regardless of any external circumstances. Don’t allow the actions of others influence you to break faith with God!
